Shipping Policy
FREE STANDARD LOCAL SHIPPING
All shipping within Malaysia will be charged flat rate RM10. Purchase RM100 and above, delivery is FREE. You will receive your order from 3-5 working days [excluding weekends/ holidays] from the date of payment authorised and verified. Process may take up to two (2) days after verification as our Customer Service Representative need to review and process your order information for shipping. A shipping notification email will be sent to notify you of the tracking number and the courier service is used to ship your oder.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and need to be returned in a resellable condition. All customers are required to organize return shipping themselves as we do not provide free return labels at the moment.
Sometimes things go wrong. You’d be surprised how many people are involved in getting a garment from a cotton seed to your doorstep and although we strive to avoid any mistakes at all, sometimes they happen.
If you’ve received items that don’t match the description, are incorrect, damaged or defective please take pictures showing the defect or damage. If you’ve received the wrong items, please take a picture of the size tag inside the garment (most likely in the neck area).
Email us your order number, the images and a description of what’s wrong at maxteen.co@gmail.com . We will collect and replace any defective or erroneous items and correct any mistakes carried out by us at no additional cost.
